Anastasia Grigoriadou
Anastasia Grigoriadou is one of the most influential radio hosts in Thessaloniki and a dedicated reader of Greek and international literature. Born in 1967 in Northern Greece, she studied Greek Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where she has been living since her student years. She has been working as a journalist for magazines, newspapers and radio stations for almost 40 years, and has also served at the National Theatre of Northern Greece Press Office. She has been working for the Greek state radio since 1998, while also working for the radio station 95.8FM, where she presents and produces a daily morning show with a focus on books and music. She has interviewed major Greek and international personalities from across the spectrum of contemporary art, such as literary critic James Wood, composer Eleni Karaindrou, singer Cesária Évora and writers Asli Erdoğan, Georgi Gospodinov, Éric Vuillard and Rumena Bužarovska.
