Panagiotis Menegos
Panagiotis Menegos has had a long career in Greek media as a journalist, editor-in-chief and radio host. He was born and raised in Athens, a city he both loves and loves to hate, but he also has a place in his heart for two other cities he has lived in, Córdoba and Brighton. He studied Marketing at the Athens University of Economics and Business and Media at the University of Sussex and soon grew interested in urban culture, human geography, youth subcultures and the fascinatingly wide scope of pop culture. He has worked with NGOs, publishing houses, music festivals and communication companies and, in 2004, he started working in the media industry, with contributions in newspapers, magazines and websites. Since 2008, he has been the co-host of the hit daily radio show Laternative on En Lefko 87.7, the country’s most eclectic radio station. In 2021, he joined the team of 24Media, the fastest-growing publishing group in Greece, and is currently a presenter and writer-at-large for one of the most popular Greek news sites, News 24/7.
